Actually. It isn’t. Sigmund Freud ought to be known as Sigmund Fraud.
Think. About something else. Look. Outwards. Not inwards.
Creativity is admired and desired because it is of yourself. Of putting yourself. Into something else.
Creativity is. A way of making a gift of yourself.
Any movement outwards. Away from the temptation of self-obsession.
Is an act of creativity.
The forming of an idea. The manufacture of an objet d’art. A doo-dad. Is about process.
Life is. Process. 'Artists Statements' are. Not.
‘Mission Statements' are. Self centred. Pompous. Spurious.
Short sentences that serve neither writer nor reader well.
Mood boards. For the unimaginative.
Can one honestly justify setting oneself apart? From another. One's own stall 'higher'. Than another's.
Narcissistic vanity will out. Beauty. Is in the doing. Not the showing. Off.
This is me. Not ahowing off. Ahem.
I decline to give expression to another boring conversation with myself in the hope of attracting another.
Trouble is... that this is... a statement. Of sorts. Why else would it be here?
